To ensure a perfect fit for your wallpaper, please follow these steps to accurately measure your walls:

1. Gather Your Tools

• Measuring tape
• Pencil and paper (or a digital note)
• Level (optional, but recommended)

Tip: Use a laser measuring tool for even faster and more precise measurements, especially for larger spaces!

2. Measure Wall Width

• Step 1: Start from one corner of the wall and measure to the other corner in feet and inches.
• Step 2: Please let us know if the wall has windows, doors, or other interruptions, and the measurements and positions of each section separately.

Tip: Measure from both the top and bottom of the wall to catch any slight differences – walls aren’t always perfectly straight!

3. Measure Wall Height

Step 1: Measure from the floor to the ceiling at several points along the wall to account for any variations.

Step 2: Record the highest measurement in feet and inches.

Tip: If your ceiling is sloped, take multiple height measurements and use the largest to ensure complete coverage.

4. Calculate Total Area

• Step 1: For each wall section, multiply the width by the height to get the total area in square feet.
• Step 2: Please add 10% margins to the total square feet area to cover any errors in calculations or damages.

Tip: If your walls have curves, columns, or other architectural details, measure these carefully and add them to your total area too.

5. Final Review

• Double-check all measurements to ensure accuracy before placing your order.

Tip: Take a photo of your measurements and sketch out the wall layout with measurements – it can be handy when finalising your wallpaper order.

Example Calculation:

• Wall Width: 10 ft
• Wall Height: 8 ft
• Total Wall Area: 10 ft x 8 ft = 80 sq ft
• 10% Extra Margin: 80 sq ft x 0.10 = 8 sq ft
• Total Size Needed: 80 sq ft + 8 sq ft = 88 sq ft

We take great pride in crafting personalized wallpapers that reflect your vision and are made to measure. Each product is made specifically for you, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality control at every step. 

Please note that upto 3 small changes like changes in colour, customised name additions and shifting a small element are including in the costing. Beyond 3 changes an additional charge of Rs 25 per square feet is added to the cost for every change requested.

• Preview of wallpaper as per discussion is shared within 4-6 days.
• Samples are delivered within 5-8 days. Each sample is chargeable @ Rs 1200 per sample.
• Printing is done within 5-7 days after approval of preview.
• Delivery is done within 5-8 business days post dispatch.
• Outside India delivery is done within 10-12 business days post dispatch.

At Bungalow 21, we partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure seamless delivery both within India and internationally. 

While we make every effort to ship as promptly as possible, unforeseen circumstances like strikes, public holidays, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. We kindly ask for your patience during such times.

All orders are custom-made and go into production as soon as they are placed. As such, cancellations are not typically possible. If you need to cancel, reach out to us via whatsapp on the same day, and we’ll do our best to assist, provided production hasn’t started.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or any damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation via email. We’ll promptly review the situation and work towards a resolution as swiftly as possible.

Shipping charges within India are included in the price. Shipping charges outside India are separate and charged additionally.

We do not provide installation services. However, we can help you connect with an independent installation agency. Please contact our support for the same. Alternatively, you may hire a local installer for the installation of your wallpaper. All our wallpaper panels come numbered to make the installation process smooth and easy for you.

• Avoid using soap, chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Do not rub or scrub the surface.
• Refrain from daily wiping or cleaning.
• Environmental factors may affect the longevity of the product.
