13.4. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to the arbitration, including legal fees, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator. The costs of the arbitration, including the arbitrator’s fees, shall be shared equally by the parties unless the arbitrator determines otherwise in the final award.
