1. At Bungalow 21, we take pride in creating custom-made products designed to meet your unique preferences and specifications. Each order is crafted with precision and care, and to maintain the integrity of our process, we have outlined the following refund policy to ensure transparency and clarity.

 

2. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all orders are processed and moved into production as soon as they are placed. As a result, cancellations are typically not possible once the production process has begun. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and if you need to cancel an order, we encourage you to reach out to us via WhatsApp on the same day the order is placed. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided that the production has not yet started. Unfortunately, once production is underway, cancellations cannot be honoured, as the materials and resources would already have been allocated specifically for your order.

 

3. Because each product is uniquely tailored, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, in the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or physical damage during transit, we are committed to resolving the matter promptly. Should such an issue occur, we request that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To facilitate a swift resolution, please provide clear photos of the product and a detailed explanation of the issue via email. Our team will carefully review the information provided to assess the situation. If the defect or issue is verified, we will take appropriate corrective action, which may include providing a replacement product or offering a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
