Shipping Policy

At Bungalow 21, we partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure seamless delivery both within India and internationally. 

While we make every effort to ship as promptly as possible, unforeseen circumstances like strikes, public holidays, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. We kindly ask for your patience during such times.

All orders are custom-made and go into production as soon as they are placed. As such, cancellations are not typically possible. If you need to cancel, reach out to us via whatsapp on the same day, and we’ll do our best to assist, provided production hasn’t started.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or any damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation via email. We’ll promptly review the situation and work towards a resolution as swiftly as possible.

Shipping charges within India are included in the price. Shipping charges outside India are separate and charged additionally.
